Pickpocket is a basement-based indie rock band from Toronto. Influences include Spirit of the Beehive, Feeble Little Horse, Alex G, Black Midi, YHWH Nailgun and Slint.

Hawkeye Meister thinks of himself as a sensitive young man. Joined by Cane Meister, Maarten Colenbrander and Tae Sax, he now makes power-pop influenced by the likes of: Paul McCartney, the Kinks, Jawbreaker and Sweet Trip.
